Art therapy is a form of psychology that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Art, tales, clay, music, photos, sand even books are used in the healing process. Art therapy is also becoming a fundamentally new effective instrument of HR management where people are seen as a key resource to business development and efficiency. It has been found that art therapy can help deal with issues such as adaptation, vocational training, improving interpersonal relations in work community, positive personal development, as well as the strengthening of professional and emotional expression and personnel psychological health.
Intrigued? We invite you to join us in a most interesting journey to yourself in our workshop called, “Art Therapy. Inside Out.”
You will learn what art therapy is and experiment with its techniques and how it can be applied both personally and professionally. We’ll draw, do tests, write tales, talk, have fun and in the process we’ll upgrade our lives.
Led by Margarita Osadchaya, psychologist, coach and art therapist.
NOTE: This workshop is open to USG program alumni ONLY. Space is limited, so please sign up now!
