If you intend to do business in English, it’s imperative that you learn the “lingo,” (which is basically just a fun way to say “specialized vocabulary.”) Come, expand your ability to communicate in a professional office setting, and gain the confidence you need to be a business leader. We meet biweekly to discuss topics related to international trade (business), finance, and commerce. We also study successful American companies like Google, Starbucks, and others to help us understand different business models and leadership styles.
Open to: 18+ with intermediate to advanced English language skills
Perfect for: Entrepreneurs and others who would like to communicate more clearly and efficiently in a business setting.
Meets: Every other Friday at 4:00-5:00 p.m. MSK on Zoom.
Led by: AMC volunteer Anna Gaherwar, an IT project manager from EY (Ernst & Young) and an English language enthusiast.
This club is coming soon. Sign up for the American Center’s weekly e-newsletter if interested.
