Are you an American citizen residing in Moscow or the nearby area? Planning to vote in the upcoming 2016 Elections, but don't quite know how? 

Join us for a special American Citizens Abroad Voting Information Session, where you will meet U.S. Consular officers and fellow compatriots and learn about your absentee voting options in the 2016 state and federal elections. They will will be happy to answer questions that you may have. The American Center will also provide access to computers and printers during this time for you to be able to access and print information on site.
