Legal issues are important but seem to be complicated and boring for you? This lecture will help you understand how business settings are supposed to run so that no room for delusion is left.

This lecture will explore intellectual property rights and trademarks. You will gain insight into how companies protect their creative innovations and brands from being copied by means of trademark law, registration, lawsuit, and operation. If you have your own trademark related questions or scenarios that you would like to discuss, feel free to prepare and bring them to the lecture. No specific knowledge and skills are required.
