Lecture: «Can We Really Learn from History?»

December 10th is observed internationally as Human Rights Day each year. We are honored to welcome Raye Farr as our guest in this month's American Center Speaker Series, who will talk about her 50-year career in analyzing the history of World Wars I and II and what common humanity may have emerged from them in the face of a changing world, changing boundaries and changing conflicts. Ms. Farr is one of the leading U.S. experts in the Holocaust, has decades of experience in archiving and documentary film-making and recently won the FOCAL Award for Lifetime Achievement.

Lecture will be in English.

Note: We expect a large crowd for this event, so make sure to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early.
