Lecture: How to Improve Your Work Efficiency

We invite young and experienced professionals to the first of a series of lectures on how to increase your productivity at work and outside of work.

This course consists of an interactive training and two lectures devoted to the improvement of personal and professional effectiveness. Through individual and group exercises it aims to change your daily routine approach, show different aspects of individual and group work, time management, emotional intelligence, problem analyzing techniques. This course will encourage participants to review their daily routine and raise their awareness about what they can change about it to achieve better results. 

The course consists of the following sessions:

1. February 20 — Interactive Training: How to Improve Your Work Efficiency

2. March 5 — Lecture: Introduction to Problem Analyzing Techniques

3. March 19 — Lecture: Introduction to Emotional Intelligence.
