Welcome to our interactive lecture series: “Three, two, one… Done!” Here you will learn how to make good decisions and get things done. These sessions will tell you about American personalities and their contributions into modern theories that shape decision making process. Practical tips and exercises will give you hands on experience on how to start developing and improving your decision making skills.

Missing Treasures (How to develop the most in-demand job skills)

The traditional way of getting a good job is to get a college degree with a high GPA and work experience in a relevant field, but things have changed. Companies like Google, Apple, IBM, and others no longer require applicants to have a college degree. Many companies consider skills more important than experience. Official statistics often provides a list of most in-demand job skills in general without reference to any particular job. In this session of the Three, two, one… Done! program we will review how to get the list of most in-demand skills for any particular job as well as how to develop them.
