For the first meeting, participants should have already read the book.

We’ve designed this book club to help you not only expand your business skills but also broaden your network. Starting October 7, and every Saturday thereafter at 4 pm Moscow time, we’ll gather together via Zoom, bringing this enriching experience to wherever you are.

Book Discussion Sessions: Led by facilitator Egor Ryasov, these 90-minute sessions will focus on discussing the key principles, ideas, and takeaways from the selected books. This setting encourages open dialogue, where all participants will be encouraged to share their perspectives and insights.

Masterclass Workshops: The week after each book discussion, the club will meet to discuss case studies and real-world scenarios that will help you implement the techniques and skills learned from the books. Participants will collaborate in groups or work individually on guided activities, led by a facilitator.

Over the course of our 12-session Business Book Club series, you’ll read six exceptional business books selected intentionally to help you build your own personal roadmap to success.

The books you’ll be reading are:

  • The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.
  • Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss & Tahl Raz
  • The Hard Thing About Hard Things by Ben Horowitz
  • Radical Candor by Kim Scott
  • Turn the Ship Around! By David Marquet
  • The Paradox of Choice: Why More is Less by Barry Schwartz

  Come Prepared

Along with reading (or listening to) the book, Business Book Club participants will be asked to do what participants do best: actively participate. Our aim is to foster dynamic discussions rather than just host a lecture by Egor, so we encourage you to speak up and share what’s on your mind. We all learn from each other and your voice of experience matters!
