Introducing AMC’s Short Films Discussion Club, a biweekly session designed for individuals who have a passion for watching, analyzing, and discussing short films, while also seeking an opportunity to enhance their language proficiency.
During our online sessions, held every other Tuesday from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. MSK on Zoom, we will collectively explore a range of thought-provoking short films, including selections from the prestigious Academy Awards list. By examining various aspects of these films, such as color symbolism, lighting techniques, and camera movements, we will delve into the depths of their artistic and narrative elements.
These sessions are tailored to teenagers and adults with Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency, creating an inclusive environment for learning and exchanging ideas.
Leading our discussions is Anastasiia Klepinina, a dedicated AMC volunteer with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm for short films.
