Over a span of four weeks and eight intensive sessions, participants will delve into various examples of misinformation and disinformation that clutter the digital landscape. The boot camp will cover key areas including:
- Using digital verification techniques to authenticate images and visuals
- Applying credible fact-checking resources to validate or debunk content
- Recognizing and identifying biases in various information channels
By the end of this boot camp, participants will be equipped with a robust set of tools to discern misinformation, and will be able to responsibly curate, create, and disseminate information online.
