General
The proposed programs should be non-commercial, non-profit and non-partisan. All events in the American Center must be free of charge for all attendees. The American Center welcomes cross-cultural events and aims at strengthening international cooperation and facilitating people-to-people connections. Themes that will be given preference include:

- Cultural Diversity
- Journalism and Communication
- Business and Entrepreneurship

Format
Programs can be in the following formats:
- Lectures and presentations
- Informal discussions
- Workshops and hands-on classes
- Debates
- Panel discussions, round tables
- Technology showcases
- Performances (e.g. music, dance, demonstrations)
- Networking events
- U.S. Education
- Film screenings
- Web conferences
- Exhibitions
Alumni of U.S. Government-sponsored programs are especially encouraged to use the American Center to share their U.S. experiences and develop the projects they implement upon their return to Russia.
The American Center can provide:
- A comfortable, flexible venue
- Logistical support
- Technology (projector, laptops, screen, audio- and video equipment, interpretation equipment, 3D printer) and basic tech support
- Promotional support through America Center’s networks, including an audience of dynamic emerging leaders
- Access to the Internet and online resources
We do not provide:
- External equipment set-up
- Bulk printing and copying
- Expendable supplies for participants (notebooks, pens, etc.)
- Funding for programming and workshop supplies
- Travel costs
