American Center Programs
The American Center holds regular programs for a variety of audiences.

In August 2019, the American Center in Moscow held a regular session of the engineering camp for schoolchildren and students ages 14-21. The camp program consisted of three areas – coding, IT project management, and design. Participants worked on developing an application for the American Center with the help of S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics).
Children language camp dedicated to ecology and national parks in the USA was held at the American center in Moscow in July 2019.
The American Center held the «Let’s Code» summer camp from June 17 to July 3. The program was organized for 9–14 year-old school children with limited coding skills. They have strengthened their coding skills and have learned how to create their own games and interactive projects with Scratch during workshops and lectures. At the end of the program participants presented their project works to show the skills they’ve acquired.
These days, the Internet has given everyone the power to become a digital storyteller. The American Center in Moscow’s workshop provided ideas on how to use digital storytelling to market yourself or your brand, and how to create compelling stories that engage your audience.
In October – November 2018 American Center conducted AMC Space Camp educational program designed for 20 students aged 12 – 19. The program was aimed to enhance knowledge of the US – Russia Space cooperation among youth; actualize their knowledge of Physics and gain basic skills in Astrophysics and Space Engineering; acquire project management skills; give talented youth a chance to propose their own solution to an acute space exploration task.
In August of 2018 the American Center organized and held a summer engineering camp for students from the ages of 14-19. During the program, participants worked in three areas: the creation of mobile apps, internet activities, and robotics. Students in groups developed prototype solutions to social problems with the help S.T.E.A.M.- Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics.
