A lecture on the benefits of a plant-based diet, debunking some common food myths, discussing some food issues in the USA (and Russia) and tips about how we can improve our energy levels during the day. 

Carolina Sánchez-Hervás is a food and lifestyle consultant, model, and athlete and helps people around the world achieve healthier lifestyles through plant-based nutrition. Carolina has a BA in International Studies from Rhodes College and an MA in Food Studies from NYU. She has lived in several countries around the world and speaks five languages.
