Interested in space exploration and international cooperation in the field? Join a special lecture organized by NASA/Moscow for the American Center’s Spaceweek Camp.
Today our guest speaker is Jonathan Brogan, Deputy Manager from the NASA Moscow Technical Liaison office. Jonathan will speak about the International Space Station and his personal experience.
Speaker’s bio:
Originally from Chicago, studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Worked at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, as a trajectory flight controller for the International Space Station. This role involved extensive cooperation with Ballistics counterparts at TsUP and RSC-Energia in Russia on ISS trajectory planning and debris avoidance.
Current role is the Deputy Manager of NASA’s Moscow Technical Liaison Office, which involves day-to-day coordination with Russian counterparts at TsUP.
