Throughout 2026, the American Center in Moscow invites you to join our biweekly Wellness Club meetings on Zoom. These sessions are open to all who are interested in building healthy habits, connecting with others, and practicing English in a welcoming environment.

Every other Tuesday from 20:00–21:00 MSK, please join us on Zoom for interactive sessions of the Wellness Club.

These sessions are hosted by Elizabeth Pringle, a theater director, educator, playwright, and wellness practitioner whose interdisciplinary work explores language, story, and the human experience through art, conversation, and deep listening.
